Climate change has a major impact on food security. Many engaged in small-scale production of farmers, fishermen and herders, they are also the biggest victims of climate warming and weather-related disasters. These disasters are exacerbated by climate change, and the frequency and intensity of their occurrence are also increasing. If concerted action is not taken to improve disaster resilience, many of the world’s poorest vulnerable groups will have difficulty getting enough food and income to support yourself and your family.
