Since 1975, global obesity levels have almost tripled, yet more than 690 million people still go to bed hungry. Despite this startling statistic, we are still wasting food.
The blame doesn’t solely lie with food producers either. It is a global issue, which requires that steps be taken from each and every one of us – whether that be NGOs, industry, governments or consumers.
